G7Forex.com Review

There's some confusion here. These forex618 guys are not www.g7forex.com They have a report they have named the g7forex report and stuff, but they are 2 different companies. I'm guessing that the confusion is due to the fact that www.forex618.com keeps calling it's stuff g7forex has led to the confusion, but www.g7forex.com were a real analysts who have now ceased trading. I know because I have spoken with one of the 3 Directors. I am not reviewing www.forex618.com or their products that seem to go under the conveniently titled g7 name because I've had nothing to do with them. I just wanted to clear up the confusion. I also want you to contact g7 forex dudes and help them make a service because I know that would be a service worth buying and have sent you an email suggesting this in the past. Don't want you thinking I'm some dick who doesn't even know that they are still open. They're not open, some other dudes are trying to basically copy their name.

I used them last year often the signals were good but they were based in South Africa which is 2 hours ahead of the UK. they start at 5am UK time so you have to be up very early or you miss the first daily trades, and coming in late increased potential drawdown.

They had 3 bad months in a row which wiped me out twice.
They didn't like my comments that they were not following their own system. and always claimed superior knowledge when they deviated. I think they are connected with James de Witt who runs forex 618 or vice versa. I am banned from their forum for asking for my money back. I got it back eventually so credit to them for that. there is a group who all promote each other's system presumably on commission. Its a little dis- concerting to find the guy you put your faith in recommending another system.

Well they answered questions and emails promptly and reliably which is a good start. The system in their ebook looked promising, and I did not have time to test it throughly, so I paper traded the signals they sent out in Sept 06. They did not appear to stick exactly to the system in their ebook, and to be fair I think they had a bad month. My free month was extended, however their style was not suited for me and I did not trade or use their signals any further.

I use G7forex and have found that the site provides the most professional technical analysis that I have come across. The three/four guys that compile the information are all ex MMS employees (this company was taken over by Informa with all MMS staff made redundant. Informa did this to take out their main competition.).Before MMS closed they were voted the best technical analysis provider in FX in a poll by FX Week (the poll taken by votes from mainly interbank traders).
