I have traded with WSD and know them well over the last 5 plus years. I have had no problem with them and no issues with withdrawals. They funds are kept in a segregated account with Kiwibank in NZ and a prime audit firm audits that.

WSD uses the same MT4 software everyone else mostly uses and uses the same feeds from top banks that every else has. WSD is as good as any other top brokerage firm globally.

I have know for sometime that certain staff and old associates have a vendetta and have tried to pull the company down but have been unsuccessful. Yes, when you kick up a storm and such a major global smear campaign, people and regulators and law enforcement authorities will notice but in the end nothing has happened to them as of date and all clients that I know seem to be trading happily with them and getting their money.

Yes damage to their morale and reputation but nothing wrong with them. They will emerge stronger eventually.

Keep going WSD, well done!!

This is my worst nightmare, I trade at WSD and have honest win, i not using robot or anything like that. Suddenly one day i notice my account balance getting less USD 10,000,

I found out they do third party transfer which is forbidden in all broker in this world I live in Jakarta and they transfer my money without confirm to London UK, and they said i have email them and order them to do that, (what a joke)

Is clearly stated on their own Withdrawal Form that Third party transfer will not be process

I report to NZ police department File no 081023/9134, Hywel Jones
Detective Sergeant investigate this case since 23/10/2008 TO 24 September 2009 and no news what so ever until i write this comment

If anyone who can help me and live in NZ, please contact me, we can share the money and closed that company down, i have all document complete with corresponding email, How fool they are asking me to go to UK to solve this problem but they the one who transfer to UK.
THIS IS A CRIME NOT SCAM

Gokhan, I think that you did a mistake closing your account with WSD people, I have a demmo account and I will open a live one soon with they. After read your last post I wrote WSD asking for explanation and they sent to me all the convincing proofs and evidence that the accusation it´s not true. Obviously I confirm and verify the information and I conclude that their integrity and reputation are intact.

I decided to close my account with WSD today. The reasons are:

1. My position was manipulated and closed. I called NZ and got it corrected over the phone.

2. There has been allegations for a partner of WSD in Cook Islands and WSD's Managing Director Riaz Pital on Feb 2009 by a respected NZ Journalist Ian Wishart. Fore more info go to
http://www.investigatemagazine.com/tgif13feb09.pdf

also, http://briefingroom.typepad.com/the_briefing_room/2009/02/deja-vu-tax-haven-banking-group-tries-to-injunct-tgif-edition.html

WSD once were rejected being established in Cook Island and yet, NZ authorities licensed them.

For me losing my money risk is too high.

2009-11-21 4 Stars I have been using WSD for a month now. They had a major server issue which resulted in extreme losses in which under normal conditions would have never happened. I emailed my complaint and they fixed the problem partially but later got apology and assured that would never happen again.

Negative things:

1. They are in the process of growing, so you will feel growth pains and will impact your account.

2. They don't communicate system problems to the members.

3. They enter forex against you, but I never experienced manipulation of my positions.

Positives:

1. My deposit through paypal was transffered to my account within an hour.

2. They are striving to do best.

3. They have Instant Messenger help Skype, Yahoo, MSN etc. and they are good in responding to you.

4. They don't have much slippages. During Economic Calendar news times, they probably have the smallest pip spread ever. Much better than most of well known US based forex companies.

5. They are in the world's least corrupted countries in the world.

6. They are under regulations.

7. I didn't experience any manipulation with my positions at all although in the contract they tell you that they may take positions in forex against you.

I would give them 4 star out of five due to their striving to be better.

I have the same experience that Larry stated below. WSD deleted some of my winning trades and after arguing with them they paid me and I closed my account. If you place a trade during fast moving markets and make profits they will delete it so what's the point of trading with them? But they dont delete losing trade.

my true story: I traded with this company last June and July, i traded well untill one day I found 2 of my win trades of last day were deleted but a lose trade was still there without any explanation. I emailed to ask for the explanation, but never got a reasonable answer. So I withdrew from it and moved on...

I used many different brokers and tested many and found WCD to be the best. They are regulated and am so far happy with the customer service. I resolve your concern and they care so that you have a good trading experience. I would most certainly recommend WCD to anyone. Try and see and you will be happy to.

Good job WCD!

P.S. I sounded like a commercial but I am just a happy customer, and I don't work for WSD.

I found WSD Direct by reading a review on somebody's website - fluke find. When I read WSD's website, I was impressed. I first opened a demo account. A staff member called me a few times to ask me how things were going. I opened my live account and had problems logging in. I emailed WSD, and somebody immediately responded and also called me to resolve the issue. I am impressed with their professionalism. Executions are quick. Commissions are fair. This broker is a winner.
