Unfortunately this EA (or set of EAs more accurately) is complete c*** and the vendor who sells them does not respond to any contact attempts. I received a refund only by filing a Paypal claim.
I purchased ForexAutoRun about a month ago. I started by running an extensive set of backtests, all of which quickly showed that the EAs simply do not work as advertised. Most lost money while one or two barely broke even. There was no way I was going to put these on a live account. The vendor offers a money back guarantee, so within a couple of days I emailed the vendor with copies of my performance reports and requested a refund. No response. I emailed again a few days later. Again no response. I emailed a third time a week later. Again no response. Finally, I filed a Paypal dispute, hoping that would at least elicit some sort of response from the vendor. But again, the vendor did not respond. Finally, I elevated the dispute to a Paypal claim. Paypal gave the vendor a couple of weeks to respond. Again, the vendor issued no response whatsoever. Finally, in the presence of no response from the vendor, Paypal issued me a refund.
This product is c*** and the vendor is appears to have disappeared. Stay away.

Forex Auto Run is a good robot especially for the price they charge. They offer 10 different robots. All the robots are designed for long term traders, so they have great accuracy rate (around 95%) but don't trade much often. For swing traders, this Auto Run package is the best since it offers so much for the same price of a single robot.
