Please rate this broker as a SCAM, not as they only closed the doors, I understand this if they are out of bussiness but they withdraw all the money and profit to the customers, but they went away with our money and I CAN PROVE IT, I have the wire transfer receipt, my statement before and after the deleted my profit, and I'm not the only one, I bet there's more people like me

2009-12-15 1 Star Hi:

I'll Be Patient With This Case.

Warning Alert:

1.- Mt4 Server Is Down
2.- They Are Not Online On Skype As They Were Daily
3.- They Don't Answer Emails
4.- They Don't Publish News On Their Website Since October (this Was Updated Daily)

Before This....

They leted $ 4,000 Usd In Profits From My Account One Week After I Made That Profit. And Also Increased Their Fixed Spread From 1 Pip To 2.2 Pips On Mayors

I Would Like To Know The Comments Of Other Live Traders Like Me, Let's Be Patient. Let's Start Thinking That They Are Taking Some Vacations... What Do You Think?

Terrible "EX" forex company. I say "EX" because their no longer in business. They froze their MT4 server November 18th 2009 without any prior notification to any live clients! Would never answer emails and would not honor withdrawl request. My $500 initial deposit is therefore gone. As of last week their website has been taken down aswell. Bottom line, they were/are THIEVES!!! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!

Unfortunetelly I also have problems with them. First of all - I'm trading with 2 trading techniques - grid and scalpig. Before I opened an account I asked live support what is their policy about scalping - they said no problem. But then suddenly strange things started happening. First of all, they lowered by leverage from 1:400 to 1:75. After that they applied commission into all my trades (even those from 2 months before).

But the biggest problem is: for now, I cant get my money back. I tried transfering 500 EUR to give them a try. They claim they wired the money on 24th of october, but it's 12th november and I still didnt get any money. I contacted my bank, they said there was no incoming or canceled wire transfers. I'm worried I wont get my money back (even the initial deposit). I give them couple more days and then will ask FPA for investigation.

I can't be more than ok with Marc from Jersey. Let me explain: i am a scalper, an request this info from pci before opening an account, and after reading the reviews here, and this was their answer:Dear Mr. Jacques,
Yes we do allow scalping.
Definition:
Scalping is a trading strategy based on the following principles:

Hi , be extra carefull with this company, they claim in their chat that scalping is without restriction, but when you start to scalp, they say that there are rules, and the rules are 20 usd$ commission per lot, higher spread and lower leverage. This is what i call restriction, in my wordings, because they say then that scalp has to be longer than 2 minutes and bigger than 8 pips spread. Basically, they lie to you to catch you for opening an account, and then, if you scalp you f*cked. No good because they lie! I have the logs that proof how insistent i have been requesting theire chat ( and by email) about the restriction. No good that they start with lies... Account is true money.

At this stage I would like to warn people to be cautious in their dealings with this company. This broker appears to be a new kid on the block and, in the interests of fairness, I have reserved final judgement. I would just like to relate my experience so far and will update again should this change.

I opened a demo account with them just over a month ago. The demo did very well with impressive spreads. At the beginning of may 2009 I opened a live account with them.

I have lost a bit of money on the account which was my own doing and much to their credit, the demo account followed suit.

Last week Monday(18th May) I noticed that the market watch clock was pretty far out and this was a problem since most of my EA's use time filters, so I had to turn off my trading. Subsequent to that, the market watch window has been totally inactive. No market movement at all and obviously no trading.

Further to this, 2 emails to support have gone unanswered. It is almost as if they have fallen off the face of the planet.

Anyway, perhaps it is just a technical glitch and hopefully they will come right, so I won't go for scam, but I will provide feedback on what happens eventually.
