I'm ready to give a rating. The lowest you can go seems about right. I last requested some support a week ago and haven't heard any thing back from them. I find interesting that they call their lack of support area " No More Support". That is their term and not mine. It is aptly named.

I purchased Forex Juggernaut a couple of weeks ago because of the $7.00 price that was offered and because Forex Godfather received fairly decent reviews. So far this thing looks like a good way to lose money. I don't mean to brag but I am new to Forex trading and I can lose money all by myself without any help.
It does not work well on the recommended pair. It loses money on the eurgbp on the demo account I tried and on all of the back testing time frames I tried.
I did contact the company and they got back to me once. Took about a week. That is somewhat longer than the 24 hour support promised in their sales pitches. They suggested that I might have incorrect times settings. That had occurred to me and while I know where you can change the time it won't hold the change.
I tried back testing on the major pairs and found that it would show a profit on the gbpusd and the best results on the eurousd. All others showed a loss and it wouldn't work at all on the usdjpy.
I tried it on the eurousd on a demo and real account last Thursday. The demo account had 3 trades for a 30 pip profit and one loss for 24 pips. The real account had 3 trades for 29 pips total and one loss for 22.
I haven't given up on getting in touch with the company. They don't mind sending out a ton of emails on new products but their support seems to be lacking.
If they prove helpful I will place another review.

Same here- that ea is worth nothing - it diminished my demo accounts in no time and did some losing trades on a real account. Stopped it and will get my refunds - if the vendor tries to refuse i will involve some of the local and EU-authorities - showing back test results in their advertisements declaring them as real ones is some kind of felony within the EU.

I've been trading with FxJuggernaut on two demos since 11 Jan 2010 and the results are one demo gives 7 winng trades = 135.5 pips & 1 losing trade = - 39.5 pips. Net = 96 pips profits.
The other demo gives 5 winning trades = 38.7 pips & losing 4 trades = - 148.2 pips. Net = - 109.5 loses. On 2 demos results = -13.5 Not very impressed. It says in the promo, nothing can stop Juggernaut?

I getting fed up with all of the EAs coming out recently. Frankly, they all appear to be the same (most like are) using the same blitz marketing and claim that they are the end-all to success. I tired to Juggernault last week on a live account. I'm one that likes to put an EA to the real test, so I attached it to my FXDD live account to see if it worked as claimed. Don't waste your money, or time for that matter. Honestly, the ONLY EA I've seen work is MegaDroid. All of these others are just trying to capitalize on the current craze.

I received an email offer for the Juggernaut EA on Monday so I went ahead and bought it to do some backtesting to which I got some mixed and interesting results. Anyway, I requested a refund from ClickBank yesterday and was almost immediately denied a refund by the vendor. Needless to say, this is a bit annoying and concerning since their website clearly states full refund with no questions asked. Well since I seem to be forced to own this EA I will test it for a while and see what happens. I will add an update in a few weeks.

Wow! What a peice of c*** this EA is. The way this thing trades, my demo account will be history in no time. 18 trades in 24 hrs, all losers. Too bad they don't have a "reverse trade" setting. Glad I only paid $7 for it
