Forex-ICE is a white label of IFX Markets (Formerly CBFX). We have traded with them since the beginning, about 4 years and have had no problems. They do charge commission in addition to the spread, so they can be a bit expensive. However they do not monitor traders, put them on manual execution or go stop hunting.
