My story is same as everyone. I opened my account with ECN Alpha and Tony since Oct 2011 with 10K. Now they are gone. No any respond. What should we do?

My story is similar to Steve's and others who have posted on FPA. Working with Tony from ACME Hedge, I set up a 10K account with ECN Alpha, to be managed in aggressive mode. According to the website, positions in aggressive mode are closed when they reach 85%. Long story short: Went up to 12.9K, then watched the account plunge to under 4K. Then ECN Alpha "disappeared". I tried to go to the Acme Hedge site just now, but it seems to have gone away as well...and that was my 10K education in managed funds and foreign brokerages...

CAUTION: SCAM!
I'm an Australian investor who now lives and works in Asia. I opened a Managed Account with this company in January 2012 with their recommended Broker: ECN ALPHA. I have previously been corresponding with "Tony" from Acme Hedge. I asked for my account to cease trading and for ECN ALPHA to return my money to my nominated bank account, as I needed the money due to my father had been admitted to hospital. It took Acme Hedge over 1 month to cease trading the account. The closed balance is about $7,500 USD. Since then (over the last 4 weeks) all correspondence/Emails to both Acme Hedge and ECN Alpha have gone unanswered. I even volunteered to fly myself over to their offices to meet with them. "Tony" has told me that both ECN Alpha and Acme Hedge have their offices close to each other and are close personally and professionally. It is obvious they they have "teamed up" and defrauded many investors (myself included) out of many thousands of dollars. I actually work within the Litigation Industry and would be interested in starting a Class Action against these 2 companies and their Directors/Shareholders should enough of their clients (who's money they have also stolen) step forward. It's time we put a stop to these Rogues within the FX industry! Let's make examples of these 2 companies and publicly shame the people responsibility. If there are people, in a similar predicament as I, due to the (in)actions of Acme Hedge and ECN Alpha then please let me know. I'd also be interested in corresponding with the moderators of this Forum Thank you.

I did give a favorite review on Acmehedge before and I retract it fully now. I switched from Pepperstone to Ecnalpha on advice of Acmehedge to recover losses.
Since august my account grew from $28823.- to $51222.- in march.

Due to personal conditons I wanted to retract $40.000.- from my account with ecnalpha with the ensuing delay techniques by ecnalpha we have seen in the two court cases.

Acme hedge promised me that I would get my money as in the case of Hakim. I ordered acmehedge to stop trading two times, as
I said due to personal circumstances I did not monitor the account since april the 10th as trading was stopped and I had heavy concerns otherwise.

Tony hedrick of acmehedge seemed an honest man but today I checked the account and saw it was still trading it was down to $26.600.- and what more I could not change my traders password it must have been changed by acmehedge.

As the ecnalpha site is down I don't think we will ever see our money back in 90 or 120 days unless we get there and take it
back.

Please all of you who have an account with ecnalpha lets hear of
you as for accounts traded by acmehedge to me it is clear the two companies are deeply interconnected.

2011-10-12 5 Stars I have been with Acme Hedge for over three months now and I can say they deliver a constant gain like clockwork. Their customer service is quick to answer, short but to the point.
I recommend them!

ECN Alpha is scam broker that Tony from AcmeHedge wants you to open an account for his managed account.

Watch out ECN alpha and don't send any money.

Issue escalated to Traders Court Amin EL-HAKIM vs www.AcmeHedge.com | GUILTY
I already have an open case against ECNALPHA.COM here http://www.forexpeacearmy.com/forex-forum/open-cases/19656-case-2012-036-amin-el-hakim-vs-www-ecnalpha-com.html, and I mentioned an account manager who lost around 80% of my balance by managing my account with a different broker. That account manager is ACME HEDGE also known as WINLAND INTERNATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED owned by Tony Hedrick. I protected their identity in my previous case on the term that they are helping me to get my money back from ecnalpha, and they've been stalling week after week asking not to post their name on the FPA. Apparently, they are involved in all ecnalpha's cases posted on the FPA. The way I see it, ACME HEDGE owes me 9k and ecnalpha owes me the rest 10k.
ACME HEDGE apparently is completing their withdrawals from ecnalpha with no problems as you can see here: http://www.forexpeacearmy.com/managed_forex_performance/acme_hedge_normal/real

Acme has traded some of my accounts for over a year. There has been both good and bad. Right now the verdict depends on what is going to happen to the accounts they are trading at ECN Alpha in Panama. For now, I´ll give them an average rating. Unfortunately the outloook is negative, unlessthe problems at ECN Alpha are quickly resolved.

I have been with them now for over a month, registered for ACME Hedge Normal, and I have the following to say:
- the results claimed on their Myfxbook-statements are legit and duplicated on the traded accounts
- they do work with any MT4 broker, no need to go with ECN Alpha, though a broker with reasonable spreads is still recommended
- support is good: questions are answered within hours, answered accurately and helpful
