The Judge has denied the defendant's motion to suppress evidence and for return of property. The Judge's order will be posted on the website and you should be able to access it on May 28, 2009.
Looks like Mr. Pip Daddy and Bill Willard will have to face the music......

Virginia St., Reno, NV 89501 for defendant(s) Ricky Young, William Willard, Global One Group LLC, Maelee Enterprises Inc, Badie Inc before Judge Larry Hicks. The purpose of this hearing is to clarify any outstanding issues prior to trial. This hearing is to argue the defendant's motion for suppression of evidence and for the return of property (contents of three bank accounts).

Anyone that is foolish enough to give these criminals even more of their money needs to have their heads examined. It really is a testament to either their stupidity or Rick's brazen lies. Rick and Bill now have 3 weeks before they will face justice in the Federal Court system, and I for one will appreciate seeing them go to jail for what they have done to all of us.

Guess who is in Illinois today 2/24/2009 Rick Young looking for money for his legal fund. Going to Crystal Lake, IL. to a Pizza Joint owned by a guy name Mario. Can you believe it. This SOB has sympathisers giving him money for his legal fund. I hope those bastards go to jail with him!!!! He's lucky me and several others didnt find him because. he would of had several thousand $ worth of a ass beaten, so keep and eye out.

I have not talked to Rick in over seven years, I do believe that he and his partners done wrong. He is not related to Bill Gates just because his wife's maiden was gates there is no relation between them. I haven't seen Rick since my fathers funeral, Before dad died he promised him that he would take care of mom. HE NEVER DID ! Rick is a selfish person who only cares about himself, He has lied to his wife, kids and worse yet the grandkids. The family better open up thier eyes, They are in serious trouble. And MAELEE.INC is his wifes middle name and his middle names combined. MAE + LEE = Maelee. There has always been friction between Rick and his Mom and Dad, But he simply just disowned her, Mom and dad didn't have anything or money so why would Rick hang around. This isn't the first time we have dealt with bad dealings of Rick. I would bet that he to will disappear before trial. Me and my family want nothing to do with him and that includes mom as well. And Rick if you read this Mom knows the whole deal your in and I would say that you shamed her well. I will not come and see you not even in prison.
