Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Birman Law

Most of these lawyers will take any case they can get. Giambrone will tell anyone they can get their funds back and in reality the only funds they have ever "recovered" were funds already recovered by law enforcement that were ready to be distributed. If the company you traded with was not regulated, your only realistic opportunity to get funds back is charging back (credit card only) within 120 days.

Hi Even I have lost USD 40k to OmegaOptions and Birman Law is calling me frantically to sign up with them and pay him 10% upfront. and sign 20% contingency fee. I checked this firm is only registered in Jan 2017, But Ben claimed they have recovered 4.5m for their clients, but he could not tell me how many cases have they closed successfully....

Hi!

I would like to know if Veronica Birman Law Firm is a scam? I have been contacted by Rachel.
is the website for Veronica Birman Law firm birmanglobal.com ?

I only lost 11k, so I really don't know if they will recover my money fast... or more than that if I should trust them. I just got of the phone with Rachel Papo ( from Birman) and she mentioned that in few months it won't be able to recover my money because the law is going to change.... i don't know if it is true... I don't know if it is a way to push me to give the 10%.

I hope your comments!

Hi Julss21, you said you've been contacted by Rachael did you ask her how did she know you got scammed? If you contacted them you should know their website, and did you ask what does it mean for all the people that got scammed after the law changes?

I sent this to Carmon on 18th August;
"Just read http://www.combatscam.com/false-saviors/ and it says; ”...or demand 10% upfront to represent you (plus 20%-25% of any recovery), meaning they have little faith in their ability to collect, even if they are legit.”
you demand 5% up front, Not Refundable + 25% of any recovery. So you feel entitled to up front fees but call others claming up front ”fraudsters”!? And, you have small faith in collect recovery?
Can´t wait for a proper response !"
No respons so far...
Interesting...words above deleted from their website. But no respons what so ever!

Birman and Wealthrecoveryint seems to be one and the same player.
I got this e-mail from Wealthrecoveryint:
"You can check out TrustPilot for reviews: trustpilot.com/review/birmanglobal.com as it is a much more reliable source."
These reviews are so fake!
Also the Facebook reviews of Birmanlaw are fake. Austin Smith (wealthrecoveryint ) gives a 4* to Birman, how fake can you be!
I found this article elsewhere on this site: (translate through google translate)
http://www.israelhayom.co.il/article/492805

I saw that review by Graeme as well.
one of the phone support by the name of Dana of Birman Law was saying that they have clients who sold their cars to pay the 10% upfront charge, sounds a bit like a scam broker talking?! even Austin Smith of Wealth Recovery said in his video that some of his staffs were former scam brokers like, him, and he has to change their mindsets to think differently in the recovery work now. but does a person 'really' change, and for how long? can these changes be permanent?

I do not understand how anyone can read this whole thread and see the clearly fake testimonial and no real ones and still think these people are recovering funds from offshore / Caribbean Binary Options brokers for clients.

Be smart folks.

If I had lost a lot of money through binary options and didn't have any left I would probably sell something too to come up with the 10% upfront fee to recover my funds. Regarding to people changing a lot of people do many people have turn their lives around.
