Man I wish I had listened to Forex Peace Army about Avatrade. David Berman, my account manager was responsive when I talked to him about bonuses, and such. When the question of withdrawal arose, (yes they asked me to declare that "I forfeit my bonus", and I did) there was no longer any response. I even sent an email to their feedback@avatrade.com email and nothing happened.
I'm starting to get worried here after seeing some of the other cases opened against them. Wondering if I have to start seeking help from you, or from contacting the Financial Services Ombudsman in Australia.
