Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Problem Banc de Binary Mega Scam

I am having an issue with a company
Whether its a broker "recovery specialist" (why would a broker employing such amazingly profitable experts as claimed need a recovery specialist or recovery department?) or some outside company (which should NOT have any way to be aware of what happened), there's a name for it. Recovery Room Fraud. It's common with financial scammers to come back and try to lure the victim in again.

Tell them your time with Banc de Binary was every bit as enjoyable as suffering from a severe round of ebola. Then hang up on them.
I did not entertain these scammers ... told them that I was not interested and put the phone down on them. I should have said that they can call back after they contract ebola and survive it ... twits!!!

just so you know, we all waited and they didn't do ****. Oh yes they actually did something! They offered to have a new crook manage my account LOL every newspaper that has a column about finance, commerce and trading will write about them. "PROFESSIONAL ONLINE THIEVES/CROOKS". This will be stopped.

Hi all, I think that it's also time for us to collectively use social media to get back at these scums of the earth.

For Banc de Binary, I had mentioned about writing to Standard Chartered as Liverpool FC's main corporate sponsors, as well as the owner of Liverpool FC and the Banc de Binary rep at that point in time asked that I not do that just yet and to allow them the "little hope" we have in them to resolve the matter ... they have since just gone mum about everyone's complaints, so it's now terribly obvious that they are not at all serious about resolving anyone's complaints and that it's just more and more delay tactics in order that the window to complain to our banks about a chargeback pass by and that opportunity is lost to us. I therefore think that by right we all ought to create a major ruckus about it and point out to Liverpool FC about how Banc de Binary now have access to all the Liverpool FC supporters to scam as well with Liverpool FC's endorsement of them as a "partner" and notify Standard Chartered that they are tainted by association with Banc de Binary as a Liverpool FC "partner" when Standard Chartered is Liverpool FC's corporate sponsor ... please see my post at https://www.forexpeacearmy.com/community/threads/banc-de-binary-mega-scam.43677/page-8, post #78. BDB's response was in post #80.
I think that we all need to share any new forums that we come across as well so that we can post our stories on every forum as well ... I need to start looking and signing up and encouraging all to write in to Standard Chartered and Liverpool FC - we need to get everyone participating and fan the flames under these scums ...

Hi BDB,

I absolutely support Samantha. This is a forum to create awareness and stop your evil spread. If you are serious enough,
i) mention on your site in bold one simple sentence highlighted "Clients losses are our profits and Clients profits are our losses", so we will have fare business and only those interested will deposit. Absolutely clients know they shouldn't believe brokers (as their best interests is to make bankrupt).
ii.) Return all the cheated funds (i.e deposited by lies), compensate full + 20% interest charges and 20% lawyer charges and also for creating mental tensions.

I can't forget the way how you cheated me and extremely happy to have you placed in alert list (http://www.mas.gov.sg/IAL.aspx?sc_p=B). Anyone from SG, who falls in your trap in future, is easy to get credit back as SG govt accepted and officially considered you as financial fraud firm. This is same "Samantha", "NetoB" (Australia), "AnneW"(malaysia) were doing.

Its so disgusting to hear that you even target retired people, pension funds, patients etc,.

Hi Naveen1020,

I am from Singapore too. Like you, I was recently scammed by BDB, & lost a hefty sum!

Did u manage to claim back or file chargeback?

I am waiting for their complaints department to reply me next week. I called the bank, but apparently the bank not willing to entertain me.

Do not waste your time, they wont help. They are thieves and they'll keep manipulating you. Start action, file charge back, go to the police, contact interpol and create awareness. We have all been scammed and they will not do anything.

BDB representative, plz cut your BS and go promote your lies elsewhere. We all know what you are now so just cut the crap! You will all pay for what you do to innocent people.

You won't see this rep again, after he was knocked down by me and ask2000 proving he was lying trying to beautify his scam specialty company.
This thread is going long so it's better for him to escape.

Does this happen a lot this "inconvenience our account managers may have caused"?
Just got off the phone with tha manager of one of your account managers. He told me he was the manager of Chris Johnson who lost me my money last week. He admitted Chris made mistakes and was off the case, he never have seen this kind of bad trades, but so far I see a lot of similar stories on different forums, now this Aleksander White wanted me to put even more money on the account to recover.....
when talking about gaining my trust back he said he was not interested in that, he even mentioned when I suggested a smaller amount Quote "My commission is already very high. I am making very, very good money. I do not need to sit down and make less commission for myself and for my family" unquote, is this the general attitude of a company who wants to keep clients?
When I asked further he stated that the reason I lost my money was because of my "tiny, TINY! little account of 6K" There the truth came out, small accounts are not worth their time. when I told him the call was being recorded the answer was, "Stop wasting my time!"

BDB, this seems to be the general attitude of your account managers, at least of the two I have spoken so far. I f this is not a scam to get more money out of our pockets please provide us with something that proves otherwise

Is Chris Johnson still there? I was told he was fired last summer. CJ is the major crook
