Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

Best Non-USA FX brokers for USA citizens?

A moderator suggested I post in this folder...

Which non-US brokers (a) accept US clients and (b) are reputable?

I am a US citizen but want to use some non-US FX brokers due to their much higher leverage and allowance for hedging strategies. I know that most non-US brokers will not accept US clients but that some do. Of those that do, I heard that some may be unregulated, shady, etc. So I am trying to weed out the good ones.

Any traders with experience in this area that have any suggestions as to good brokers that accept US clients?

I know I could alternatively open an offshore company or trust and run trading through that. But that could be expensive to set up and brings a host of other issues to the table, so I am hoping to just go direct with some decent brokers.

Hello fellow traders!!
I too was searching for some brokers who accepted US clients as one of my friend was settled in US and wanted to try his luck in trading. I looked for some information and got few names. Very useful link: forums.babypips.com/forex-brokers/36221-going-offshore-escape-cftc.html
