Problem Can't get FXTM to verify my account and let me withdraw.

I recently grew interest in trading, and as a new trader I stumbled upon FXTM, I unfortunately had only about $8 and according to their transfer limit for my country(Nigeria) I could send that, after this they said they would open a trading account for me, which they did, but they didn’t activate it, when I checked online, various sites told me it’s cause I hadn’t invested up to $10(then why collect the $8 in the first place), that’s fine, now I applied to withdraw my money(since as a student I have other things I could do with the money) and then FXTM asked me to verify my account and upload my documents. All these I have done and still FXTM refuses to allow me redraw my money, they keep sending emails saying I should verify my date of birth, which I did, they asked for a valid ID card, I sent my National ID card, and even sent my NIN , yet they keep replying me that I should send a document showing my date of birth(which is boldly written on this document) ,and they keep stalling me, it’s very discouraging dissapointing. Please I need help, I won’t let them just get away with my money, I’m a student and i worked hard for it, prefer to lose it in trading(and learn a bit ) rather than losing it in the hard of scammers or to some trading sites

We are only following the rules set out by the jurisdictions we are regulated under. We are allowed to process withdrawal transactions once all verification steps are complete.
