Cuz it`s sweet to accept someones money but not so sweet to give him back. Why did they accept your money if they claim it to be illegal?
Please try to select the correct prefix when making a new thread in this folder.
Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.
Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"
Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"
Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"
Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.
More info coming soon.

Good point...true.Cuz it`s sweet to accept someones money but not so sweet to give him back.
I appreciate your coop, but here there isn't any donation opportunity, otherwise you can convince eToro to refund me all my money and maybe I will retire my denounce to the Spain Police. lolif you aren't going to use @Konstantin Mikov and/or otherwise choose to go it alone, you can use this cysec guide:
But in short, you will have to deal with the Cy Financial Ombudsman . Good luck with that, lol.
And then you might still have to go to Cy court anyways; hopefully it doesn't get that far. But you will be wishing you took some of my advice.
Or accept a direct settlement with eToro for maybe another $18-30K. Do you want to be right, or do you want to get on with your life? You will come back to this question several times over the next 6-12 months.
