Filing credit card chargeback against Binary Broker which reason code to use?

Hi,

Please someone help me with this. I have lost 70K over credit cards and debit cards. Trading 212 did not allow me to withdraw the money so it was eaten up as equity for other trades. I have logged a complaint with Metro bank as they would not let me raise a charge back however has anyone had this sort of issue before?

If your bank won't cooperate on a chargeback, I recommend getting in touch with WinChargeback immediately. Maybe you've missed the deadline, but it's just as likely that the employees at the bank are improperly trained and would rather let you lose all your money than bother to look up the proper procedure.

hi are you talking about metrobank card from philippines? I also lodged a dispute but with bdo. How did it go? I was complaining about expertoption

Now they completely ignore the criminal nature of these cases and refuse any support for a chargeback. What can I do ?
a) Take a lawyer and go to court ? b) Contact Visa ? c) ?
