yea thank you i have already done that i am also in the process with visa . i have approached my chargeback and they have been very helpful . i approched them in jan so it long time to wait . thank you ... i want Max CFD to wind up their business soon as they have been giving normal people too much trouble ...like you and me .... i hope they shut down soon . it will be a big help .

Well done!! Great news ... Mychargeback will guide you all the way to getting your money back. I will let you know my outcome as soon as I have it ... I am not far off now.
 
Well done !!! My bank got the money back on the first chargeback, then held it in a suspense account ... MaxCFD refuted it and at the last possible minute sent in a pathetic case (they even had a different client's name on their documentation - not even my name) so the money was kept in suspense until we have had to drag them to court with VISA - good news is this all costs them (MaxCFD) money ... I am really happy you got your money back !!!!
