I am having an issue with a company
We know that there are thousands of clients whose withrawal requests are not executed by IronFx.

Pending withdrawal request do not only affect old clients, who have been waiting for their money since early 2015, but new clients as well.

IronFx refuses to return funds to clients in a widespread an systematic manner.

My name is Carlos O T Amaral F and my account # 532003
I made a deposit a few years ago and I'm trying to withdrawal it since january without success.
The account which I made the first deposit is closed and, at the end o march, I manage to get a Statement from HSBC saying that this account no longer exists but unfortunately Iron Fx still doesn't allow me to withdrawal my funds.Chatting to Mr.Nuno Vasconcellos ( it's the only way to speak to someone,because all emails are ignored and unanswered) he told me to make a complaint (wich I had already made) because he didn't have an answer to my request.
So,I don't understand why my withdrawal is still denied,since I filled Iron Fx requests.

So The answer to any complaint is the same to everyone,that there was an abusive trading activity.
But there was only a few trading regarding sales of currencies and shares back in 2014,the time of the deposit and this can be proved by our account statement(attached).Please show me were is the abusive trading!
It's clear that Iron fx is acting in bad faith and retaining everyones money.We're taking the necessaries legal actions against Iron fx to have our money back.

How can you close this case if you didn't have a plausible response? There was no abusive trading and I dare you to show me any abusive tradings.
