Problem octafx mt4 account hacked, i lost 4947 dollars

ttoday morning that is march 13 2024 , after 11:30 am ist , in my mt4 account automatically trades started opening of BTCUSD with high volume lots , i tried closing some but still they were continously opening , and then after few mins all my previous trades which were there in my account all got closed, there was 0 trades remaining later , and all my money got lost only 544 dollars remaining , and when i told this to octafx they told me i have manually closed all , when the fact is that i didnt close my previous orders nor did open any new orders , they asked me to check log files, i checked log files of my terminal , but there was no record of opening an order after 11:30 am , nor of closing any previous trades , please help me i lost my 4947 dollars because of this and octafx is doing nothing ,

i checked all my terminal logs these were not closed by me or my IP adress

ttoday morning that is march 13 2024 , after 11:30 am ist , in my mt4 account automatically trades started opening of BTCUSD with high volume lots , i tried closing some but still they were continously opening , and then after few mins all my previous trades which were there in my account all got closed, there was 0 trades remaining later , and all my money got lost only 544 dollars remaining , and when i told this to octafx they told me i have manually closed all , when the fact is that i didnt close my previous orders nor did open any new orders , they asked me to check log files, i checked log files of my terminal , but there was no record of opening an order after 11:30 am , nor of closing any previous trades , please help me i lost my 4947 dollars because of this and octafx is doing nothing ,

please restore all my trades and money , as i checked all log files it is not done by me , octafx need to check on this , on why there was a breach in their system

OCTAFX told me i was logged in 3 devices , i checked all log files of all 3 devices and there is no record of those open positions closed or close orders , that means it was not hacked and my all orders were closed by you that is octafx , because all 3 log files hass no record , and as per your statement it was only logged in in 3 devices , so please restore my account with full credit how it was before when you closed all my orders .
