As a general rule, I'd want an account manager to have a proper website at a unique domain name, not just a free blog or Facebook page.

If you paid by credit card, contact the fraud department at your card's issuing bank. Explain that you paid and did not get the promised product.

If you paid any other way, file a complaint with the payment provider.

You might also want to let Skype know about this.
