Just return the money that was charged on my father's credit card who has Dementia. That is all that needs to be done. There really doesn't need to be any further investigations on this matter. Elderly abuse is not good.

Credit Card company (Chase) will do nothing at this point.

This has not been resolved and the time lapse has been fairly significant when they charged $90,000 in ONE DAY back in Oct 2015. I was not aware of the account until the summertime and had no clue what Binary Options trading is. I have not heard anything since the last guy "the Chief Trading Specialist" said the account would go to the institutional trading desk and the bonus money could be used to trade, and only special account get traded that way. This whole thing is unbelievable to me.

Hey Pharoah, didn't I write something to the affect of "What a crazy web this is." about Greymountain Management? I think that they are worse than SpotOption and Banc de Binary. Good job tradermcb on getting all of those complaints out!
