i hope tradersway can help me. i requested withdrawal last july 27 via bitcoin, that was even before I received a notification that bitcoin deposits and withdrawals are temporary suspended due to update in the bitcoin network. the request was tagged as completed on july 28, yet I never received any funds. I waited until the I receive another update regarding bitcoin transactions. I then received an update on august 5 that bitcoin transactions are okey, and still no funds. i'm willing to wait another week. i'm patient.

joe carney emailed me saying that the withdrawal was process before the bitcoin transaction was suspended and advise to wait a little further. this is bitcoin, if it was indeed deposited on july 28th, or anytime before the 31st, i would have seen pending confirmation on my wallet.

anyways, since you just resumed bitcoin transactions, i'll wait it out til next week, and please, do respond to my email. i received one response, and that was it.

it is just a $20 withdrawal from my IB as i've been working hard to promote tradersway by different means. i deposited some of it to my live account 202671 and just waiting for an opportunity from the market that is a worth trading.

thanks for the advise, however, i'll just wait for their response. it's a weekend, so they don't have anyone that i can reach at the moment.

i've been with this broker for more than a year and has done numerous withdrawals. it's just $20, i'm sure that they have a valid reason why it got delayed.

i was just concern since the request was tagged as completed and no funds arrived in my wallet. still the same, we'll wait for answers from @TW.PR

it's a mutual relationship thingy of sort. your customer service is still the best. everything is ok now. i have received the requested funds. as you can see, i'm very patient since, you know, technology has it's own quirks that we humans will never understand.
