Well, there's no such thing as "we are building a capital". I processed a deposit with a regulated and registered in Europe binary options company, I made over 500% in 2-3 days with a minimum risk of 7-8% per option, I requested a withdrawal this Friday and today ( Monday ), funds are in my account. If a company don't send your funds within the period stated in their terms, this is an obvious scam. Statements like "Please, wait, we will grow your account much more" cannot be used by a regulated and financially strong companies. When you request your withdrawal, you must receive your funds! It is high time to label these thieves as a scam, Guilty!

Morningstar--from what you say, that broker sounds as GUILTY AS SIN. I wish you luck! Going to your credit card company to request a chargeback(refund) like Asst Moderator said makes sense: your documents seem like a beginning to the kind of proof the cccompany may want--other proofs can be recorded phone calls, advertising or promotional materials, anything & everything!
There IS some agency in Canada that I heard about (but of course cannot remember right now) that is charged with returning forex rip-off losses to the innocent. You might want to look it up. Also I found an interesting Canadian-resource website for you: www.crimes-of-persuasion.com. The site mentions: "Bob Salvador is a consumer-rights paralegal interested in helping Canadians recover their losses from white-collar thugs. He can be contacted atparalegal777@justice.com." I can't endorse Mr Salvador(or un-endorse him either, for that matter, never having dealt with him), but he could be another resource for you. Good luck again!--feaisland55

Good info

It seems that nowadays, we mostly put the "scam" label next to binary options "companies". I wish people were much more educated. There is no such thing as easy money.
