thank you very much for the information, I really I would like to know which expert advisors are good to operate in forex, they are profitable, I would also like to know that say about the arbitrage is real or a lie and if I can recommend one

If you go through Forex Military School, you'll be in a much better situation to evaluate EAs.
"Arbitrage" has multiple possible meanings depending on context. Some brokers use it as an excuse to delete all profitable trades. Some use it as an excuse to delete scalp trades. Some use it as an excuse to delete news trades. Some EA sellers use it the same way that laundry soap makers will slap "New and Improved" on the label of their products - there's often no real meaning, but it's designed to make people more likely to buy.

Before you get excited, turn on the stopped tests and see how many did well, then crashed and burned.
