Does the FPA recommend companies based on Performance Tests?
No. PT results are provided for your information. Looking at the results is just one tool to help you decide if you want to deal with a company.
Many companies have had very impressive PT results and then crashed the account. You need to check the results page carefully to see the maximum drawdown, use of stoplosses, floating loss and more to determine if the item being tested is safe enough for you.
Please do not ask the FPA for product recommendations. Different people want and need different things. A good product today may work well tomorrow or may fail tomorrow. A product which works for your preferred style of trading my be useless to someone else.
