etoro - blocking me from withdrawal

Dear FPA Community,

i joined etoro last week (07. dec. 2017) and transfered money to my account (1200,- €).
I got sceptical when i discovered, that you need to verify with copies of passport/ID and invoice from bill of an energy company or similar. So i waited and made absolutely no trades at all until my account would be verified. Verification was completed kind of quick (two days later). But meanwhile i found so many negative reviews that i got scared and decided to not use etoro in any kind of way. Now i want to withdraw my money back from my verified account where all my money is marked as available (because i started not a single trade). But everytime i try to transfer my money back to paypal, skrill or even to my bank account, the same message appears! It says that they have not received my request. I tried to call the german support hotline but the line is busy everytime i try. I sent several mails but none of them got answered yet. As i wrote to etoro already, i will publish these circumstances on all review platforms i can find and i will initiate legal action if necessary.

What do you recommend me to do next?

Well, the problem might be because you don't use the same method as deposited. For example, you make a deposit with Skrill, then you must withdraw through Skrill.
If they have Live Support, contact them as well. Keep trying with their german phone line as well.
I they cannot answer you within 3-4 days, just start a process for chargeback. If you had made a deposit via payment service provider like Skrill or Neteller, that will be impossible. Contact the payment service provider in this case and ask the support for help with the merchant, at least to contact them and inform them that you ask for withdrawal.

eToro are kosha (very kosha as they are an Israeli company)

They are not scammers

Their helpline and email support is usually very good

As with all financial companies they need to adhere to money laundering laws
 
You're not the only one, many verified users has withdrawal problem, and the list is getting longer as I see from eToro's thread.

The withdrawal problem getting longer as the time passed by, some even doesn't get their money for more than two weeks, while some only getting a tiny fraction of money from they requested. This problem comes with concerning minimum deposit amount which getting higher, which is 200 USD in 20th Dec, 500 by next week, and in the recent news is 1000. I suspect they started to use ponzi scheme to funding their operation and withdrawal request as they have serious problem in cash management

Personally, I have been waiting my withdrawal request from 3rd Jan, and no update on my withdrawal requested account (skrill) until now
