Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Problem GreyMountain Management's Nest of Binary Scam Brokers

I am having an issue with a company
All the big german banks have cfd-trading-accounts aswell.

Which ? did not notice such developments, the best we saw many years back Commerzbank acting as Cfd Market-Maker but Comdirect is gone, DeutscheBank MaxBlue also dbFX gone long time ago same story for Sparkasse S-Broker ….maybe this Naga Market or whatever is regulated by Bafin, but ok so is CommerzBank, this time caught by FCA investigated by US

too bad the involved criminals are never exposed, anyway meantime Merkel been lobbying for criminals….. so all is under control…:)

But: You need to be a German with an address in Germany and have a bank account with them. That also goes for the other banks in Germany who are offering trading on their banking accounts. Maybe that's your (private) problem here. All your posts have nothing to do with the original thread.

I know there were a few scam call centers in Germany in the past years (much less then other places ofc) . What's the situation now days?
But Interpol and the police never find everything. Just have a look on all the Cum-Ex, Cum-Cum and tax manipulations by big companies (not only banks). That's one of the biggest problems in Germany right now, not such small "scam call centers". Most of those German numbers are not from Germany originally. Most original calls are from Ukraine, Poland, Romania and so on. They just use a software to show you a wrong phone number from another country.

Oh, no OUCH ….now we know more about Comdirect Bank

https://de.trustpilot.com/review/www.comdirect.de

wow, ha ha ha …..sounds worst then FPA scammer pg

nothing wrong getting some info from the German side, and also some more about maxblue, S-broker….please :)

also maybe some German speaking victims forums, just to see how they feel, hard to find even on https://fintelegram.com/ nobody posting….weird ?

let’s see, remember some 10 years back FCA fining wildly their own Banks which been bailed out by the Public, kind a very vicious circle, no better these days fining CommerzBranch but they don’t want to send Their Police to raid the damn Bank…and get all the criminal data….strange, but it does involve Crime, even worst on German side, the exact same story as Wirecard….protect protect the criminals whatever it costs, until all blows up !

with CumEx it’s obviously the German public who got robbed, the government failed, ok …so now the Banks can PAY….at last some positive directions, the sentencing as usual “ridiculous

https://www.web24.news/u/2020/03/cumex-trial-triumph-of-justice.html

…seems Prosecutors are at work in Germany, don’t forget the Finance Minister, other EU country’s do JAIL them

I've been totally happy with Comdirect since I left Commerzbank (former Dresdner Bank). All the negative stuff you can read on your link has something to do with the service (since Commerzbank bought them this year). Some people are arguing about the app, others about problems to open an account, or about some costs that weren't there before (Commerzbank bought them this year). Usual negative stuff you can read about any company that is out there (not only in the financial scene). I have no problems with that bank so far. But in Germany you can always switch to another bank if you're not happy. Btw.: I have more than just one banking account, but the Comdirect one has been my main account since many years now, without any problems. There are much worse banks in Germany, like Deutsche Bank, Sparkasse, Fidor Bank, and so on. But the worst you can find overseas, of course, not in Europe alone.
But still, what has all this to do with that 'binary broker scam management' which the original thread is all about?

It’s not my Link :) correct it don’t mention much trading related events all is just to discover how things work on German side, also how and where to complain when things go wrong…..for the rest, we see no rush
