Whilst there is evidence against this broker that it does not segregate clients money, to charge them for failing to honor a guarantee is not really a scam issue. Having voted guilty on the other matters against them, I have to vote not guilty on this one. Further I am unconvinced by the suggestion that a guarantee was made in the first place. To even consider that one, I would need more evidence of a guarantee having been given.
