Original FPA Traders Court Submission:

I am submitting the case against: www.4xp.com/

My Case is: I tried to withdraw money (890 Euro) from my account (3050248) because i need it. It was 1 month ago but i never got it. Before deposing money i was told by the manager John Green that i could always get my money back but he doesn't even reply anymore. Later i got a german speaking manager Don Marx who only replied once that i would get my money next week, but that was alrdeady 2 weeks ago and now he doesn't reply anymore aswell. Support doesn't reply also.

The company was first contacted about the issue on 08/27/13 the last contact was on 09/23/13

Details: I was told once that i will get it next week but the week is already gone and nothing happened.

to all 4xp employees- you need to feel ashamed for supporting a scam. Israel is full of forex companies I suggest you try to get another job elsewhere and not to be part of this disgrace

Combine the six guilty cases into one grievance against 4XP.com, probably on the verge of bankruptcy.

Another "Guilty" vote from me! Reasons are the same as my last posts for another cases. It's very sad that we have more than 3 scam reports for just 1 broker.

No money returned and no response, what else but a scam to the core, worst thing is how many more people got scammed that are not part of FPA.
