Hi Teresa sorry to hear about your dilemma.
It seems we are back again another day to vote on another binary options scam,
I see from the scan you attached that this so called "Sean Davis" agreed to trade your account "
within acceptable risk management criteria" on 11th of Sept 2015, and on the first of Oct at
7:14 am began to trade your account, and placed 10 trades within 15 minutes (all highly leveraged /high risk ) and by
7:45 the whole account was gone. 30 minutes to zero, if this is what he calls acceptable risk management I sure would not like to see what he calls risky trading!!
It is plainly obvious to me that in was his intent and on purpose that he did so, to wipe out your account, if in actual fact these trades were placed on any live exchange I sincerely doubt. just like any of the 99.9% of binary option scam brokers, they show a mock-up of some kind of trade placement terminal and just pocket your money
I see on their website at the bottom of the page fine print,
"
No1options is owned and operated by : OTP Solutions LTD, 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU, United Kingdom"
When I google the (
OTP Solutions LTD, 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU, United Kingdom ) i get the following
https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/09782376/officers Private limited Company Incorporated on 17 September 2015, Director Christian Jose Cosmes Lancon what amazes me about this guy is that he is the director of three other company's, two incorporated around the same time Sept 11, Sept 17 Sept 30 at the same address and again a new company director on January 8 this year, different London address, an extremly busy man by the looks of it,.............. something smells very fishy to me.!!!

I also found these links on the net
scambroker.com/no1options
binaryoptionsthatsuck.com/review/no1options-suck
scroll to the bottom of these pages and see others have similar problems. I cannot see if they are regulated by any authority but if they are based in the UK could you report the issue to the FCA
Wish you the best and hope you get your money back.
