My Maximus account no. 502998
Before beginning to write a post about maximusfx on scam alerts, I have contacted maximusfx by all the possible means like calling on phone, maximusfx support emails, skype messages, facebook, twitter etc. But they didnt reply to any of my query. I would say I have given maximusfx enough time to resolve my problem before deciding to file a case against them. However the worst part of maximusfx is that they don't reply.
Before writing this post I have sought the help from FPA by writing on another post. Here is the link .

After the suggestion by Honourable member of FPA FxMaster, I contacted them on facebook, twitter, skype, etc However maximusfx didn't reply But some other people replied on my facebook post who have been duped by maximusfx of their hard earned money.
As far as my case is concerned, all the files of proof have been attached there in the link above. However I would again explain briefly my case below with proof of each point I make highlighted in bold:
1) Check the attachment Gmail-Trading Authorization: On 18 Oct 2016, Account manager of maximusfx guaranteed me a minimum of 20% monthly profit for the investment I will make. He said 20% is minimum and it can go to 100% also. I quickly made the investment of $ 650. Based on our telephonic conversation I had to claim back my investment of $650 after 1 week and the account manager would make the further trades on the profit earned on my investment. In that case my investment of $650 would have been safe and secure. The account manager said if he made losses in my trading account, company will be liable to give it back and my investment is insured. As per my agreement with account manager, I authorised him to trade on my behalf on the trading account.
2) Please check my attachment maximusfx account history. When I claimed back my $650 after 3 weekson 10 Nov 2016, maximusfx blocked my withdrawal. The funds which were reserved for withdrawal were returned to maximusfx account on 16 Nov 2016. Instead they sent only $150 to my bank account.
3) After that I clearly told account manager that this is clear violation of the agreement and I have been cheated. Then the account manager placed a wrong deal for USD/JPY and made losses to my account for $629.7 on 12 Dec 2016. Because of that deal my account was wiped out.
4) I repeatedly told account manager on whatsapp to close that deal before the loss. Please check the attachment screenshot of whatsapp dated 29 Nov 2016
5) After the huge losses to my account, neither account manager replied, nor the company replied to any of my query. please check the attachment. maximusfx email dated 26 Dec 2016 and no reply from account manager dated 1 Feb 2017
6) My maximusfx account is left with only $39.33. However when I tried to withdraw it they again blocked the withdrawal. Please check the red color box highlighted in the attachment maximusfx account history dated 01 Mar 2017.
7) I have written to maximusfx many times about refunding the losses made to my trading account by account manger. However they don't care. Before finally stopping replying to my messages, account manager said that he got accident and was on bed rest for couple of months. However, the account manager didn't kept any of his promises. Neither he has able to provide me any guaranteed profit, nor he could refund my money. Instead he made losses and stopped replying to my mails and messages. check the attachment Facebook Conversation Snapshot.
