I had opened an trading account with bforex on August 25th 2016 with $200.00 and was assured that bforex representative will contact me regarding training on foreign exchange for about 1 and a half month, but till 14.09.2016 no one approached to me from bforex. So I decided to withdraw my money and sent withdrawal request. A representative from bforex named Mr. Anna Kerry asked me to submit some of my documents like ID proof, address froof, credit card details along with the withdrawal form. I did submit all my documents by 20.09.2016 and it was confirmed by Mr. Anna Kerry that all my documents were ok and my money withdrawal will be deposited in my credit account by 7 days, but you can see I am writing this on 03.10.2016 and till now I have got my money back.
I am a middle class man who is going to have his first child by 10.10.2016 so I thought I could make a bit fortune with my savings from forex which they had promised me. But it is my bad luck that I could not make any profit out of my investment nor the bforex trading company is refunding my money back. I had mailed to Mr. Anna Kerry and bforex customer care several times but no one replied to me since 20.09.2016.
I don't know what to do, I am feeling helpless. The only hope I see is this website where problems with people regarding Bforex seems to be heard and resolved.
Please help me.
