Process was not like this.
I can describe you full process with this client
1. He opened account
2. Uploaded only one scan - back side of his ID (without name and photo)
3. He connected Live Support via chat
4. Asked to approve his account with current docs
5. Was informed that more docs necessary (in english or translated)
6. Said that he will upload it before WD
That is how his account was approved so fast. We have live chat records....
After....
He didn't upload docs till WD request. Support asked him to do it, before proceed with WD.
After some time he uploaded docs in arabic (but in rules listed that only in english or with notary translation).
Support told him that we need docs only in english or with notary translation (read rules), he said that he will not do it by himself. Support said that it will take up to 7 working days to translate it. It's unusual case, we had no such probs till that day. But....
At the end of conversation client told that he was ready to wait... We have live chat records....
Next day he started trading and open case on FPA.
Same day his WD req. was rejected, coz his balance was not enough to WD.
