Resolved: OctaFX not Processing my Withdrawals - Not giving clear explanations on status of my withdrawals and funds

I thought I'd lay this on record here, as I am seeing similarities in how my withdrawal requests are being responded to, as compared to other OctaFX posts here.

I do understand that it could be that it is short time frame, but the "copy paste" answers about the finance department stilI processing, the not to worry but without giving any further details on where my funds are now are frightening. Moreover, I have also read on various other complaints that while waiting for these "financial teams to process withdrawals", some cases have experienced shocking disappearances and manipulation of account balances.

I would thus like to register my deep concern that all my existing attempts to withdraw my funds (my funds, not OCTAFX's funds) have not been progressing. Not only have they not been progressing, no due explanation has been provided to me despite my repeated queries on the app's live chats.

My trading account is MT5 44222290, with an existing balance of $13512.61. My account, together with my card, is verified.

My existing withdrawals that have not been progressing, of which i receive no explanation for delay are:

1. W14338692 for the amount of $5300, made on Mar 17, 1208am
2. W14340587 for $1000, made on Mar 17, 854am
3. W14340596 for the amount of $500, made on Mar 17 855am
4. W14340602 for the amount of $212, made on Mar 17 856am
5. W14340607 for the amount of $1500, made on Mar 17 856am
6. W14345297 for the amount of $5000, made on Mar 18 214am.

I am attaching screenshots of all my pending withdrawals here, and my account balances, for evidence, lest my account gets manipulated or the withdrawals indeed do not proceed

All these amounts have been legitimately profited from my transactions, and i would like them withdrawn back to my Visa so as not to incur undue charges to my card.

I am also wondering if reaching out to the FPA will help me with any future undoings. Because last week i also had different issues, where OctaFX had claimed that my withdrawals could not proceed as "my bank card or account has reached its limit on incoming transfers." I have spoken to my bank repeatedly, and they do not have incoming limits on visa inbound transfers.

I want to do anything i can to facilitate the prompt withdrawal of my funds, amounting to $13512, please.

Update: The problem above was resolved only with a whole new set of problems arising. Apparently now, i am unable to make refunds to my visa card which OctaFX is claiming "has reached its limit on incoming transfers". I have checked repeatedly with my bank and there is no circumstances that limit incoming transfers. It is also not the case that i am withdrawing exorbitant amounts - right now i can't even withdraw my base capital.

And OctaFX, is at my time of writing, simply not allowing any other means of withdrawal.

Any advice on how to proceed?

Did you try to explain this on live chat?

Yes i did. In no uncertain terms. Even with screen grabs of my chat with my bank.

Am really not certain how to proceed to retrieve my funds. On the one hand my bank has claimed there are no limits to inbound transfers, and that they have not even received pending incoming transfers to decline.

On the other hand, octafx has insisted they have attempted to peocess my withdrawals only for them to be declined by my bank.

Is there no way to work this around? I have even tried withdrawing the minimum amount of USD 23. Guess what. Reached my limit.

More screen grabs of failed attempt because incoming grab supposedly reached a limit.

My deposits are no where near what i deposited or at large amounts. I can't even get a 50 dollar refund on a 97k credit limit account?

Now if there are issues all i am asking is for another reasonable mode of withdrawal.

If AML is of concern, i will be glad to provide all necessary details of new account.

But octafx is having none of that and blocking my withdrawals.

I really seek collective advice and help here...

This is my latest balance and transactions, lest it gets manipulated and claimed that i messed my own account.

I am still not able to get withdrawals out as my visa card apparently has a limit. Can anyone advise if visa cards have such limits?

I have been trying to speak to octafx live chat for alternative withdrawal methods where i provide my full verification. They have been bumming me off.

OctaFX Support Team

I have an OctaFX MT5 Account 44222290. My account and my Visa Card (ending 7553) is verified. I have made many trades, some blue, some red, all legitimate, and all individually.

My #44222290 account now has a balance of USD18567.39. The last personal trade I made via MT5 was SELL20.00 of BTCUSD, on 24.03.19 10:00:38.

I seek your cooperation to facilitate my withdrawal of my own funds from my own trading account mentioned above.

I have made 30 unsuccessful withdrawal requests since 11 Mar till today, with all the transactions being declined with the remarks "your bank or account has reached its limit on incoming transfers". These withdrawal amounts start from as low as USD23.

I have spoken to my bank for countless times, and I have also read on global Visa terms and conditions. I have also used my cards to receive large amounts of money without any issue.

I have found that there are rarely any limitations imposed on a Visa Card. I have made deposits way more than the amounts I am trying to withdraw.

I have tried to speak to your live chat customer helpline to explain this and to seek other means of withdrawal, should you insist that you cannot refund to my credit card.

Whilst I understand that AML guidelines suggest you refund me to the source of my funds, it is clear that something is stopping withdrawal to my card.

If you are the reputable and regulated broker you say you are, surely you are able to make provisions to allow me to withdraw to another bank/BTC wallet/card where I can give undoubted and complete proof that it belongs to me as well. No one holds a bank or card account forever anyway, so are you suggesting that once someone changes account details from where they once deposited, they can no longer make withdrawals of their own funds, money that belongs to the individual, and not you?

I look forward to your assistance. Whilst i hope for a sustained relationship with you, i am hard pressed to proceed without the confidence of making any withdrawals.

I am also posting proof of my account and the difficulties experienced with you on forexpeacearmy thread forexpeacearmy.com/community/threads/octafx-not-processing-my-withdrawals-not-giving-clear-explanations-on-status-of-my-withdrawals-and-funds.82676/#post-456090 in real time, so that I can seek support and advice from the larger community.

I look forward to your cooperation and reply.

OctaFX

I have repeatedly provided evidence from my bank's responses and there are no limits on incoming transfers to my credit card or account.

If you so insist that there are limits, it is in my every right, and your obligation, to facilitate my withdrawal through other available means, which you do have.

I am prepared to provide all required supporting documents and evidence that I am the direct owner of the alternative account that you can facilitate transfer to.

I say again. There are no limits on my bank's end on inbound transfers to my card. Any or all the issues arising from my failed 30+ (and counting) withdrawals are arising either at the OctaFX end, or through unforeseen circumstances that none of us understand. If that is the case, then why are you insisting that I keep trying a failed method of transaction, when you do have available means of other withdrawal methods?

I continue to have a small (but diminishing) belief that OctaFX is a sincere, genuine broker doing legitimate business and transactions. But the manner in which you are deflecting and delaying assistance and support is currently not honest practice.

I have also mentioned this before, but to protect my account and the legitimacy and my right to make my withdrawals of my money, I will continue to seek recourse and resource on social media, until I get my restitution. This includes posting on the globally read and well-advised forexpeacearmy site, where I see that many issues eventually either get resolved in logical manner, or see a dishonest or fraudulent practice be revealed. forexpeacearmy.com/community/threads/octafx-not-processing-my-withdrawals-not-giving-clear-explanations-on-status-of-my-withdrawals-and-funds.82676/#post-456090

My account #44222290 as of this time has a balance of USD19123.79, with an attempted withdrawal of USD539 (which I know is bound to be declined again in the next few hours). My last personal trade is a 20.00 lot SELL of BTCUSD at 2024.03.30 07:22:08, which took a profit of USD123.40.

I seek your understanding and cooperation to enable the rightful access for me to withdraw my funds as I deem fit, without all the errors and delaying, please.

Thank you.
