Resolved: Octafx withdrawal issues

Attaching my withdrawal getting rejected due to octafx claiming that there are suspicious activity.

My account is solely managed by me.

I've been asking them for clarifications that they required yet it's not shared.

Customer service just keep saying the same story over and over again.

Octafx dont disappoint traders and leave our money and hard earn money stuck like this?!

I'm a platinum member. And just because your broker don't want to pay my profits? So my account is being investigated?

I've waited 4 days for them to tell me some other stories for it to be rejected and account under investigation without any clarification requested. Just keep asking me to wait.

I'm not sure if this thread helps. But apparently, octafx replied and I have confirmed with the live chat to make a withdrawal now. Finger crossed that it will be a smooth withdrawal this time.

I'm really hoping so too. A genuine trader here. They still allow me to trade, but don't allow withdrawal which is very shocking also

Update, resolved! Received my withdrawal.
