Optionrally.com every excuse not to allow my withdrawal

I made some trades with this site and doubled my money so i decided i wanted to withdrawal most of it ie $17,000 usd but after getting a run a round i decided to withdrawal $21,000 usd. The second i hit the withdrawal key my account manager Sven Johnson calls me and starts having a go saying i thought we were going to be in it for the long haul etc, etc so i tell him i am withdrawing most of the cash to use to buy a house. He tells me he cannot trade with me with having 10k in their and thats it i have not managed to speak to him since.

I have no bonuses on this account so this part is not a problem
I try all the time to make withdrawals and they cancel them with no reason or excuse

I have been trying to withdrawal my money since 13th Jan 2015 but they keep cancelling it and say a different excuse every time i call them.
I have complied with all their instructions even sent all my info on their dodgy looking form. Now i am told my account needs to be verified! also they need to call me to do a voice confirmation and also now being told they are freezing my account whilst they look into possible fraud!
How many more excuses can they come up with?
Every day at least 2 or 3 times i call all their numbers listed on their website and also on linkedin and facebook to ask to see why they are suddenly having these problems with a withdrawal.

Why don't I trust binary brokers?

Consider the fact that there doesn't truly seem to be any possibility of a true Liquidity Provider for binary options. This inevitably makes binary brokers into bucket shops, just like online casinos. Client losses are gains to the broker. Client gains are losses to the broker.

Then there are the numerous complaints right here at the FPA of:

1. Expert employees promising huge profits and then quickly trading client accounts into massive losses. After all, what casino or bucketshop broker would have someone providing a sure way for clients to make massive profits? Doing this would quickly bankrupt the company.

2. Inability to withdraw profits or even initial deposits from many binary brokers. Those client wins aren't really losses to a binary bucketshop if the money can never get withdrawn.


OptionRally is a broker regulated and licensed by the CySEC in Cyprus, license number 220/13. They were granted a licensed on November 7th, 2013.

I will call them tomorrow to send in a formal complaint and i have also filled complaints in other places but shall see if they respond

Are you going to file a Traders Court Case?

Was the initial deposit by credit card? If so, call your credit card's issuing bank. Explain that the services offered by a broker are deposit, trading, and withdrawal. Ask what the deadline is for filing a chargeback based on failure to provide services.

Go ahead and upload all your evidence to econsumer.gov - Your site for cross-border complaints.

optionrally traders court case

I thought i had filed a traders court case as i followed the other directions.
I will invite all but dont hold my breath as i have emailed every address almost everyday and not received one reply.
Will also speak to the card company and ask and hopefully i can at least get my deposit back.
I am from the UK but set this up whilst i am living in Colombia

I have sent the following email to all the people i have been emailing at optionrally for over a week. So lets see IF they can be bothered!

Dear Sven,

I am inviting you to respond to my request to withdrawal $21,000usd from my trading account back to my credit card and also to my bank via the information I have already filed with optionrally.

Not one person has responded to any of my emails or bothered to call me to explain why they will not pay back any monies to me. This is a total disgust and not professional at all.
If I do not get a response on the thread I have attached or a call or an email within 2 days of this email being sent I shall be forced to take further action against optionrally as this will equate to theft as you are failing to give me my money that I have traded fairly and with full direction of Sven Johnson. All this changed when I asked for a withdrawal request.
