Resolved - refund claim from winners edge trading

I'm not the admin, but I do help out on Traders Court. At this stage, I see no reason not to file a case.

thanks for the reply:

he had returned another 200$ after i threatened him to file the case to the court, and he informed that he will refund the whole money, i will wait and see...but i have all the documents to file this case and put his company under scam section if he did not comply..

I suggest going ahead and filing the Traders Court case. There's no valid excuse for not providing the entire refund now.

dear all:

they refunded the whole amount, now i consider this case as closed, and casey is a good guy and his company is not a scam, this is my final opinion, sometimes they are having good services to participate..

I'm glad the people from Winners Edge paid you. It's still shocking they they are happy to accept the full amount in a lump sum, but pay refunds spread out in monthly installments.
