As long as they don't stall past the deadlines for a chargeback.

If they sent it incorrectly, they should be able to get it re-sent within a week. If not, they are probably stalling.

I notified the bank immediately and then sent them a further message about a deadline but have not heard any more. Difficult here as everything goes to Lisbon (my branch is in the Algarve) and the only contact I have is through the branch. The language problem also comes into play. Have you any idea how long the bank have to act before the deadline comes into play?

I have requested an ARN number from Sycamore Options for the €5,000 they took from the other card but have heard nothing back. Am chasing daily.
 
Keep trying with your bank. I keep getting conflicting reports on deadlines for chargebacks.
