Problem AvaTrade does not want to refund my winnings

Yesterday, March 29, around 15:00 GMT, I made several winning short operations in the BTCUSD. However, the broker does not want to recognize these trades made manually. I am attaching some screenshots of my chart as it looked at that time. I am also attaching the report that I obtained from the broker with the respective operations and the movements that I have tried to make to recover my profits, in the end the broker took my money by winning honestly.

PS: The technical support had already given me the approval to withdraw $750 and $150 to my respective cards and the remainder, $6,825.28 via bank transfer. I am attaching the screenshots.

No, pero anteriormente, en un reclamo pasado me solicitó el formulario, fui proactivo y decidí llenarlo inmediatamente.

Many brokers set up Terms and Conditions that give them unlimited power to do anything they please. Just because T&C say something doesn't necessarily mean those terms comply with the law.

AvaTrade has multiple regulators. The hard part is figuring out which one applies to your account. My personal recommendation would be to complain to ALL of AvaTrade's regulators as well as financial and consumer regulators in your country, plus the always over-reaching US regulators.
