I’m going to focus on the holidays and send my complaint to the AMF in the new year. I doubt anyone will act on it before then anyway.

Why not for Tuesday on AMF desk , also some more solid proof about your total account funding for the regulator is a must, (hardly can see this on your posts, takes guessing) anyway these guys are way out of their legal frame

That looks like a good start, if you’re complaining to the regulator, you can always supply a copy of the transfer leaving your account, from you bank statement perhaps

Yes. I should have updated this sooner but I’ve been busy. In the end I did receive the promised wire transfer.

I want to thank everyone who weighed in with advice especially FXMaster. FPA works, at least with businesses that care about their reputation.

A personal aside:

This episode has permanently soured me on the prospect of trading Forex for a living. It is too much to expect me to battle with the markets and do battle with regulators and brokers and make legal threats. That’s no game for individuals. I believe trading retail FX is fundamentally a semi-legal fraud, like a casino. Even when you win, you lose. This industry deserves its terrible reputation. I will spend the rest of my days advising everyone to stay away. There are far better ways to make money.
