Problem XM HAS NOT SEND ME MY FULL WITHDRAWAL

i hope your doing well
im posting today regarding my issue with xm i deposit and trade and i made a profit and i request a withdrawal and they proceeded my withdrawal but they charged me 309 usd fees
i request a withdrawal of 15460 and i received 15150.8
and i got this email

When did you deposit the money?
Did you make any trades with XM (kindly share your statement)?

no my deposit method are neteller and my withdrawal method are neteller as well

if you can check please in the message they send me they told you deposit and then you withdrawal after but if you check my statement i deposit and i trade and i made profit and i have the right to withdrawal

Few steps that you must follow to draw their attention to your issue,
Follow the suggested steps below:

If you deposited your money via credit card then contact the credit card customer care asap and ask them to file a chargeback.
Go to their website and invite them to here via Live Chat

In your case, you actually received the majority of your withdrawal, which I am actually shocked about. The

$15460 - 15150.8 = $309.20

And the company explained to you that you didn't have enough trading activity to cover their fees, and deducted this from your transfer amount.

Now XM did not explain what that threshold of trading activity actually is, but it seems to be about 2% of the deposit amount 15460 * 2% = 309.20. 2% is about the real cost of Neteller fees for merchant account.
