I am beyond disappointed and shocked at Trade12. I received a phone call from James Moore almost everyday more than three months ago luring me to join their broker. He promised me that as a beginner once I start my account would be handled by a professional broker who will assist me an guide me.

After I finally decided to try the broker and I deposited 150 USD i was totally neglected. Till now I have never received the "SIGNALS" they promise to give or any assistance at all as they had been promised. They have a 7 day cash back that they give if you are not satisfied with them. Within that seven days of trading without the help of a broker and without any word or phone call from James Moore, I asked for a refund. I have emails that show my conversation with James asking him to please refund my money back and he refused to refund me my money.

Till today, James does not reply to my emails and I have not heard anything from my broker since. The worst experience I had thus far was their trading platform. How can I execute a trade and it only executes after one or two minutes? I reported this problem both to James and Helena and I was told that " I should keep trying"

Trade12 will feed you lies just to lure you to opening an account with them. Once that is done any problems you experience is literally non of their business. Weak Live Support and bad trading platform. I regret ever using this broker and I wouldn't advice anyone at all to try them out. Total scam if you ask me.

    Hello

So after a few days I finally received a call from my broker and I was advised that I would receive assistance. We will be working on growing my account.

I will definitely give feedback within the next coming days. But so far so good

Never let a broker employee place trades on your account or take their advice on what trades to place.

Unfortunately, that's what a lot of beginners think.

The fact is that all binary options brokers and a frightfully high number of forex brokers are bucketshops. This means any money you lose goes into their pockets and any money you can withdraw comes out of their pockets - just like a casino.

Think about this. If you walked into a casino, would you believe an employee who said "I'm a gambling account manager. The casino pays me to help you win as much money as possible. All day every day, I help gamblers walk out with a lot more money than they came in with." or would you take your money and run away as fast as possible?

Unfortunately Trade12 is a complete(100%) SCAM and FRAUD company. They won't withdraw all your money. Once you try a test withdraw it's ok, but they convince you to deposit them back straigh away and invest all your money you have. Like it's a huge gap on the market comming right now you should quickly deposit your money.

Now, when they know you are broke, Trade12 start to zeroing your balance. Any method for that is legit: huge commisions, open trades that you cant close for any reasone they think is appropriate, openning trades without your involvement and approval.

This company(Trade12) is a clone of infamous MxTrade scam company. Check this out for yourself their sites have the same owner EXO CAPITAL MARKETS:
    http://whois.domaintools.com/mxtrades.info
    http://whois.domaintools.com/mxtrades.org
    http://whois.domaintools.com/trade12.com
The head of the company is Christiana Constantinou. This woman runs bunch of scam sites. Try google it you will see. For example:

    slideshare.net/MercerFxScam/mercerfx-57144524

Also financial service for this company is provided by Global Fin Services Ltd, Langley House, Park Rd, London N2 8EY, UK:
    https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/09836699/officers

The first director for this company was Ilsley Alise. Try google her too. For example:

So if you dont want to lose all your money don't invest a penny to Trade12 SCAM and FRAUD site. If you already have been hooked, try to run away from them. I guarantee if you won't you lose all your money.

I have experienced a similar situation to a poster above.
Have deposited some funds, made some trades and was even able to withdraw funds. However I am now stuck in a lock trade which I cannot close due to the state of my account and need to transfer additional funds in order to make another trade which will allow me to close the existing trades and make huge profits.
I advised my broker previously that I will not be making any further deposits, as they keep requesting this, however he put me in this situation anyway. Completely unethical way of doing business, at best.
I am highly skeptical about transferring additional funds at this stage and see no way of getting my money back.
