Hello fellow forum members and dignified traders.
I opened an account with TraderXP.com with a $500 deposit. They gave me $1000 bonus (which I really didn't want). I had a couple bad trades that took my balance down to $1000. Then, out of the blue, I received an email from Traderxp.com saying "New Deposit." I did not authorize them to charge my card and I entered a support ticket and have called and no one will reply. My so called Account Manager had been giving me the run around and told me that they would give the money back. So, I submitted for a withdraw - they canceled it. My account manager, Mark Goldman, keeps telling me I'll get the money back and he keeps wanting to deposit more.
I am very, very upset that a broker would charge on my card without my authorization. I immediately logged in and deleted my card from their system, but they won't give me my $500 back. I realize this is chump change, but it's the principle of the thing and we can't have brokers going around charging our cards without authorization. I've filed a claim with my bank, but they tell me that unless TraderXP agrees to give the money back, there is probably not a lot I can do.
Here is the email from TraderXP:
