I would like make something very clear: The truth is that I am not here to avoid or respond to any of your questions. I am posting here in order to convey a message to our clients - If you think you were mistreated by UFXMarkets, it is my duty to assist you. If a client posts with a FPA nickname, I cannot know who he is, therefore I cannot assist him.

If you're really here to assist clients,there are few cases where you scammed clients and the FPA has found you guilty, since they are your clients too how about you contact them and give them back their money?
