I open my account with UFXmarkets two months ago. I got assigned to account manager Kamal Soliman. Upon some serious losses, due to horrible recommendations by Kamal, I decided to withdraw my money (final balance: 2990$). On the platform it says that all withdrawal requests must be submitted to the account manager, so I emailed him asking for my money to be withdrawn to my credit card. He didn't respond. I tried calling him, but the person who answered his extension said he'll call me back. And this has been going on for three weeks now! I have not received one call or email from him. The billing department doesn't answer my calls or emails either. Every other extension I try tells me he will call you back, but he never did.
Another account manager (his manager supposedly) contacted me and tried to convince me to deposit more money. When I told him I want to withdraw my money he just hung up!
I don't know what more I could do except file a court case.
