You have absolutely no ground to sue the skydiving company because you've agreed to the risk...

Let's also look at the stock market. You bought 100 Share of GM because it was low back in 2008. GM went bankrupt. Your share was worth $1000 and now it only worths $1.00. Do you say to GM, you scammer, return my money or I am going to mess up your reputation by making up outrageous claims to hurt you?

when 10k was failing and everyone was pissed off..in order to keep them you threw in CSR and ppl gave it a try ( sneeky car salesmen technique)

I hope you feel better. I know you are angry, but you are not helping your case. This is a scam alert to determine whether or not it is a scam. So far you have not provided anything to prove your case. All you have done is essentially showing everyone that you are angry, which I understand completely.

I hope things turn out better for you, there is nothing here, I have left FPA and I won't be create more of this threads or share my news analysis.

After all this you still are trying to twist the truth you know that all the SMSs were not sent out remember and these are your words "I don't see it necessary to send out SMSs when i close a trade as people may be sleeping" you have the complete log so copy and past and post it here it for all to see then we will see who the real liar is

About not getting a reply from support I sent my last email on the 4/6/11 there was no obscene language or anything else but Hmmmmm still waiting for a reply

I am positive that at the time the signal page was frozen for about a mth

@ the time i sent that email I was a financial member so I did expect a reply and after I did not receive a reply after a week I sent the email again and I was still up to date on my subs but still did not receive a reply and because i did not receive the reply I am no longer in your program this is not the first time I hadn't received a reply but it was the last time that's why I used this example

As far as returning the money, I have been doing that with anyone that asked for it. There is a 30 days policy, which is something that I encourage everyone to take advantage of if they feel that my service is not a good fit for them... Heck, even if they feel that the service is good, they can still ask for money back, that's the extend of my money back guarantee...

This is how you sucked people in so you could keep there money it is all on the 10k skype room those that got it and those that did not

O this is not hear say I still have the emails if you want you will be able to find them the first one is on the 4/6/11 then I sent a email on the 12/7/11 following Celvins instructions but no reply so I sent it again on the 14/7/11 Still no reply so there are 2 tickets
