Why would I do this? Because I know I've never said it, posted it, or written it anywhere, ever. The only program that I ever offered 60 days is my Mastermind Mentoring and Ebook, so good luck finding it.

So here it is, $100,000 to settle everything. However, if you cannot produce that evidence, you have to apologize in public to me and withdraw every unsubstantiated claim you've ever made.

You kept on and on about I gave everyone 60 days extension on the warranty, so let's be reasonable, where and when did I say that? Was it in a traderoom? In an email? In the forum? Where? Anyone else can collaborate what you are saying here? Is there any proof whatsoever, or is it just you making it up? Give the the specifics, time, date, when, and where... I know there were some claims of the 60 days and they were all using screenshot of that forum post I did and they always block the last two paragraphs out. Is that the one you are talking about? I think it is, and that's why you got yourself now in a corner.

The problem with people that make up rumors and false claims is that when you confront them, they don't have anything to show. You are being confronted RIGHT NOW. You don't have anything to show, but rather than admitting it gracefully, you go on and on about getting FPA Mods involved to 10kto1mm forum, asking me to provide proof for you so that you can select one to curve-fit your conspiracy theory, and of course, name calling... You are right. But some of these claims even made me feel like a scammer, not mentioning other people... so here I am, answering to these claims and settle things once and for all. If there is any proof of wrongdoing, then I want to know about it, and it is my promise that I'll fix it, and admit that I am wrong publicly. So far nothing. Just people venting.

I don't need to shutdown my sites. No one can join either of my programs until they are into the positive. Shutting down my sites and not taking on new customers are totally two different things. I don't see any reason to answer the former as it is my business decision, not yours.

So it is ok for you to leave your 2 webpages advertising services, which in reality are failed, and use them to solicit potential subscribers data? Why not take them and down and put them up again if they ever turn positive? It's your business decision, but I'm sure readers can judge for themselves what is reasonable.

It does seem that everyone else, maybe not you, think that they are fake accounts created by me. If what they said have any merits, then you should allow their opinions to co-exist. You seem like a reasonable bloke, aside from Jason, I think the other two didn't attack anyone, but regardless, they do deserve to be here as much as anyone else.

10kto1mm and CSR are both private programs. I have the right to privacy as much as the next person. As long as I am not soliciting any more clients, where is the law that says I have to disclose the mark-to-market value? I think you must be mistakingly think that I am a public traded company regulated by the SEC or something.

Henry, the problem (not for you) is that you try to operate within the laws where it suits you. But by choosing not to disclose actual poor results and only displaying positive marketing, specifically in those 2 webpages, you are behaving like those marketeers who peddle curve-fitted EAs with great results, but ultimately crash accounts.

I don't want your apology. I got a feeling you won't give it anyways, even if I send you the video. As a matter of fact, you will probably say you are sorry but then turn around and look for 10 more things to accuse me. It is a lose-lose proposition for me.
