monirhasan2003, in your mt4 platform, under the "Account History" tab, right click anywhere inside it and enable the "Comments" column. If you see there that the "ghost" orders have in this column something like "close hedge by #xxxxx" then you (probably by mistake) used the "multiple close by"...

Exactly... if you hold open positions, you can only withdraw your free margin. Is there any broker out there who allows to withdraw more than the free margin? If you were allowed to do that, then as soon as you withdraw, the open trades will stop out so this doesn't make sense..

They cannot know what your EA is doing internally so they cannot prove what they claim. I suggest you push them to give you your profit back or to give you proof of their claims...

Plus, the assigned Special Administrator (KPMG that is) informed all Alpari UK clients by email about the situation and yes, they stopped streaming prices on FX since last Monday but they claim that their client's funds are secured so don't worry and just be patient.

Maybe ask someone else from your friends/family to use their bank account?.. Just a thought

I always thought FXCM is a MM but as it turns out.. only if they are STP or hybrid they could have been affected by negative balances :confused:

no dude, i'm not affiliated nor am i defending any broker.. all i am trying to defend is myself because i'm trading with them and even though i visit FPA almost daily the last few months, i never had the need to post before and this is why i'm a new member but this doesn't mean i don't know...

Hi Ed_Forex I can't find this on their website: Can you point me to it please? I'm curious as to what the terms for this bonus are?.. Also, what positions you had (pair, direction, volume and date and time of when your account stopped out) and you lost so much money?
