Hi I just noticed this:
A standard lot is 1.o which is $10/pip
a mini lot is .1 which is $1/pip
a micro lot is .01 which is 10 cents/pip
a nano lot is .001 which is 1 cent/pip
I don't believe I was incorrect.
Hi Ernie02,
That was a funny comment "HARD WORK". So you work maybe 25 hours per week and off Weekends for sure, I'll take it.
I like your twist on William's method, maybe I'll figure out what you are doing, unless you want to send me a PM. I believe as you do - an EA will probably need...
All I have to say is I agree with Williama to Not give this method out on a silver platter as many think he should. Actually anyone that does figure it out should seriously think about not sharing it also. It is funny to see all the people that don't know how it works and want to "FIX" things...
So How would 1 level work?
1 buy is triggered so you need 4 sells to compensate.
If 4 sells are triggered you need to add at least 12 more buy orders.
If 13 buy orders are triggered you would need to add 27 sell orders.
It could work, the orders escalate quick, and you would need to...
I would have to agree. That is definitly a concern of mine as well. The broker would get tired of sending you $100,000 every week or two and do something about it.
I would think a mini with 200:1 leverage should be more like $20,000 and a standard at 200:1 should be $200,000. A micro at 200:1 should be about $2,000.
I don't believe the EA on FXPro is the same as the one available here. I think the best way to learn what is happening is watch the demo. I discovered a lot by watching and taking notes. I believe I could trade this method manually but I don't have the time, so I am researching possible formulas...
I understand what you are trying to accomplish. The thing is, the spacing between the levels/deviations is based on the currency. Making it small to suit your "needs" may cause you to just have a lot more orders there.
To work it on a smaller account you would trade in similar ratios as...
So what needs fixed? I am sure you can continue to refine the process over time, but the demo account speaks for itself. In 5 weeks it went up to a little less than $700,000 from $100,000. In the little time I came back to follow it, (less than a week) it went up by $84,000. The thing is I don't...
demonstration account
William,
That demo account looks pretty good. It increased $20,000 in about 1 day as I watched it. I tried the EA and it had a loss, so you must be doing something a little different.
Is the demo how you would normally trade? It appears aggressive, but I don't really...
Great Work
Hello All,
This thread has run the gamut of views, each one comming from people's experience and lack off. I for one like to keep my mind open to possibilities. I met people that think making 10% a year is a stretch, then I find people that make more than that. What I am saying...
The Ea doesn't seem to start regardless if the time option is true or false?
Well it did start when I opened it later, but the time part was not on this time.
