I will allow myself to disagree with you regarding that, the offer is limited - it is not for any broker company's clients. And UWC CEO has admitted his personal motivation in this decision. and this is completely true

I think you should spread this message into other forums, so other people could know this sad news and increase a chance to get some money back. So it is true.. but it means that defrauded people won't be able to use UWC offer of 50% welcome bonus. Or maybe UWC will reconsider their conditions.
