Hi Heni, The only advise i can give you is to do CC chargeback, perhaps u can contact Win Charge back by Rebbeca it is recommended by someone in this formun, despite i have never use them before and i am not sure if they are good. I have reported to FCA but they said that BT is not a company...

Obviously they do not have a heart. Even if you are winning money they will delay your withdrawal and will not give it back. I suggest you to do a credit card chargeback to them. I am try all different ways to make the complaints....however the FCA does not care ...and worse they are not...
